Meetelligence is operated by DIGISMART MEGA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16925464, with its registered office at 192 Downing Road, Dagenham, England, RM9 6LU.

References to "Meetelligence", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean DIGISMART MEGA LTD.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Meetelligence. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

You agree not to use Meetelligence to send spam, harass others, or schedule meetings on behalf of guests who have not consented to be contacted.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from account settings; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the calendar data, event details, and preferences you provide to Meetelligence. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the scheduling service back to you.

Meetelligence's agent acts on rules and preferences you configure. You're responsible for reviewing agent-proposed changes where confirmation is required, and for setting rules that reflect how you want your calendar managed.

We aim for high availability, as described in our Security page, but Meetelligence is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may stop using Meetelligence and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
