To schedule and manage your calendar, Meetelligence processes the data you'd expect: event titles, times, attendee email addresses, and availability across the calendars you connect (Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud).

We also collect basic account information (name, email, company) and usage data about how you interact with the product, such as which features you use, so we can improve the service.

Calendar data is used exclusively to power scheduling features: finding available times, negotiating with attendees, blocking focus time, and syncing changes across your connected calendars.

We do not use your calendar content to train shared machine learning models, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Meetelligence shares data only with the calendar providers you explicitly connect (to keep them in sync) and with infrastructure subprocessors that help us run the service, such as hosting and email delivery providers, under contracts that restrict their use of your data.

When your AI agent negotiates a meeting with an external guest, only the scheduling details necessary to propose or confirm a time are shared, never your full calendar.

We retain account and calendar sync data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, calendar connections stop syncing immediately, and associated data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You can disconnect any calendar, export your data, or delete your account at any time from account settings. You can also contact our team to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
