Security

Calendars reveal more about a person's life than almost any other dataset. Here's how we protect yours.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Calendar credentials are stored using provider-issued tokens rather than raw passwords wherever possible.
Data isolation
Each customer's data is logically isolated within our infrastructure. Team plan workspaces are additionally scoped by role-based access controls, so only authorized members can view shared calendars and analytics.
Access controls
Internal access to production systems is limited to engineers who need it for support or maintenance, is logged, and requires multi-factor authentication.
Model training
Your calendar content is never used to train shared machine learning models. Scheduling logic runs against your data in isolation and is not retained for training purposes.
Reliability
Meetelligence targets 99.9% uptime, backed by redundant infrastructure across multiple availability zones and automated failover for core scheduling services.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue, please contact our team right away through the contact page. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
